Job Summary: HVAC Service Manager is responsible for management of HVAC service department manpower. Plan
and direct the development and training of technical skills and certifications for service technicians. This position will
work with service sales and construction operations to maintain and grow a profitable and self-sustaining service
department. Ability to oversee, troubleshoot and repair a variety of HVAC/R systems including split systems, RTUs,
AHUs, Boilers, Chillers and Hydronic systems. VRV/VRF systems knowledge is also required. Managing a reasonable
rate of new business and working with other departments and managers to maximize profits and ensure mutually
beneficial project outcomes is a must. This position is required to ensure the successful completion of on-site
diagnosis, service calls, startups, maintenance contracts, warranty calls, and owner training.
Duties: Duties include after-hours phone calls and dispatch. Clear and consistent communication with service
technicians, sales and management. This position will oversee service technicians for both service for profit and
construction departments. You will oversee the generation of technical reporting as required for service and
construction.
This position shall lend technical assistance as required for the generation and pricing of proposals for both service
and construction. Assist service technicians as needed with service sales proposals and pricing. As sales increase, keep
up with the demand by expanding the service department capacity. Work with other departments and labor
management as required to maximize profits and ensure mutually beneficial project outcomes.
You will regularly attend factory training and continuing education and ensure that service technicians are actively
participating in the same. Training and recruitment of service tech employees is expected. NTD shall be factory
certified for startup of industry standard and typically installed systems.

Essential Functions:
• Excellent technical knowledge and communication skills as required for service and support of HVAC Service
clients and projects
• Maintain client satisfaction to secure long-term and profitable department
• Assist sales departments with technical knowledge required to generate complete proposals
• Attend project walks as required for pre-bid, pre-con, and project status updates
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, control sequence, blueprints and specifications
• Knowledge of a variety of HVAC/R Systems such as:
o AHUs, Boilers, Chillers, Hydronic systems, VRV/VRF Split systems, RTUs, Control Systems
• Perform and oversee on-site diagnosis, startups, service calls, warranty calls, construction pre-con site surveys
• Oversight of On Call duties including afterhours phone monitoring; dispatch; clear, concise and consistent
communication with other technicians and management, follow up to ensure project compliance and satisfaction
• Assistance with Material procurement for service sales as required
• Training and Recruitment of department team members

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
1. Ability to work skillfully with both hands constantly; independently safely lift and carry objects weighing up to 20
pounds routinely, 50 pounds frequently and 80 pounds occasionally; climb and maintain balance on ladders and
scaffold; kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, push, pull, twist, grasp and feel on a constant and repetitive basis; stand,
walk, talk, see (20/20 vision naturally or corrected), hear within normal range and perform repetitive motion
activities.
2. Ability to physically negotiate the hazards of a worksite, e.g.; uneven surfaces, floor openings, heights,
construction debris and poor lighting.
3. Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions including excessive heat and cold, noise, vibrations, dust,
fumes, oils, wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to all company safety requirements (per
safety manual) and OSHA requirements.
4. Travel as needed.

COMPENSATION: Salary compensation. Payroll
distributed in weekly checks. Subsequent wage modifications will be based on performance. Reviews are performed
annually. A company vehicle and gas card will be provided. We utilize direct deposit for payroll disbursements.
Employee owned cell phone reimbursed at a rate of $100.00 monthly and paid on the 1st of each month.

BONUS STRUCTURE: Based on sales and overall profitability of the company, bonuses will be distributed annually at
the discretion of the company. It is reasonable that this position would receive bonuses as a result of sales generated
by this department and its profitability. If employee is terminated for cause or quits, bonuses may not be paid.

Job Summary:

Project Manager Support will report directly to the Sr. Project Manager. PMS will support the efforts of our Project Managers, Operations and Sales. This is a salary position and overtime will not be paid. Typical work hours are from 7 am to 4 pm or as needed to meet project requirements and needs. Below is not comprehensive list of duties.

Essential Functions:

  • Generate RFI’s and follow up appropriately
  • Equipment and materials procurement and compliance with contract documents including submittals, purchase orders, subcontract agreements, packing slip notice and tracking, etc. and follow up to ensure on time deliveries
  • Assist / Coordinate with superintendents and labor managers for manpower, materials, tools, inspections, equipment, permits, etc.
  • Report and maintain accurate project documents, i.e., Job Set Up, SOV, Budgets, Billings, Submittals, Close outs, O&M’s, LEED Documentation, Warranty Letters, RFI’s. PCO’s, Trello, etc.
  • Schedule inspections and obtain permits
  • Coordinate Project Submittals and Shop Drawings
  • Utilize company forms, software and methods for cohesiveness.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Project Manager will report directly to the Sr. Project Manager. Project Manager is responsible for overseeing new construction and renovation projects efficiently and effectively through every aspect of the project while interfacing with the clients, vendors and office staff.

Essential Functions:

  • Attending pre-con, safety, and construction meetings as required
  • Generate accurate schedule of values and billings based on percentage complete with a focus on positive cash flow throughout the project
  • Maximize company profits wherever possible through risk management
  • Pursue reasonable, appropriate, opportunities for executable change orders
  • Generate RFI’s and follow up appropriately
  • Distribute project documentation to the field including updates, addenda, RFI, etc.
  • Equipment and Materials procurement including submittals, purchase orders, subcontract agreements, etc.
  • Coordinate with superintendents/labor managers; manpower, materials, tools, inspections, equipment etc.
  • Project supervision and/or assistance for:
    • Quality control
    • Inspections and permits
    • Materials Compliance with project documents
    • Tacking and assigning Shop Drawings and as built drawings
  • Acts as the liaison and problem solver between job site labor crews, customers, and management
  • Assistance with collections as required
  • Follows up with equipment and materials suppliers to ensure on time deliveries
  • Reports to management job status and percentage complete weekly and as required
  • Utilize company forms, software and methods for cohesiveness
