Job Summary:
Project Manager will report directly to the Sr. Project Manager. Project Manager is responsible for overseeing new construction and renovation projects efficiently and effectively through every aspect of the project while interfacing with the clients, vendors and office staff.
Essential Functions:
- Attending pre-con, safety, and construction meetings as required
- Generate accurate schedule of values and billings based on percentage complete with a focus on positive cash flow throughout the project
- Maximize company profits wherever possible through risk management
- Pursue reasonable, appropriate, opportunities for executable change orders
- Generate RFI’s and follow up appropriately
- Distribute project documentation to the field including updates, addenda, RFI, etc.
- Equipment and Materials procurement including submittals, purchase orders, subcontract agreements, etc.
- Coordinate with superintendents/labor managers; manpower, materials, tools, inspections, equipment etc.
- Project supervision and/or assistance for:
- Quality control
- Inspections and permits
- Materials Compliance with project documents
- Tacking and assigning Shop Drawings and as built drawings
- Acts as the liaison and problem solver between job site labor crews, customers, and management
- Assistance with collections as required
- Follows up with equipment and materials suppliers to ensure on time deliveries
- Reports to management job status and percentage complete weekly and as required
- Utilize company forms, software and methods for cohesiveness
Preferred Applicant Requirements include:
- The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter who can manage a variety of daily responsibilities with minimum supervision and handle unexpected challenges that develop over the course of the day
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Foundation Construction Accounting Software is a PLUS!
- You will have a steady work history, strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills
- Team player attitude and problem-solving capabilities
- Reliable transportation for travel as needed within the DFW Metroplex
- Clean Driving record and ability to successfully pass badging, drug and background testing
- Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!

Job Summary:
NTD Mechanical’s HVAC Technicians, ranging from entry-level (I) to senior-level (II and III), will perform a diverse array of skilled tasks to maintain and repair the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems they service. The senior-level HVAC Technician III will also provide technical support, guidance, and training to their fellow technicians.
Essential Duties:
- Perform a variety of skilled tasks in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems and components serviced by NTD. Develop wiring diagrams and layout drawings for system modifications. Troubleshoot and maintain hydronic systems. Study blueprints and specifications to inspect systems for compliance and detect malfunctions.
- Assemble and maintain A/C control devices, thermostats, and other HVAC equipment. Diagnose system performance through observation and testing. Disassemble and reassemble commercial HVAC equipment for maintenance. Maintain tools and supplies, follow safety rules, and comply with regulations.
- Participate in on-call rotation, and work nights and weekends as needed. Travel as required. Follow lock-out tag-out procedures. Use computer systems and software applications effectively. Understand and apply relevant laws and regulations. Communicate clearly in English. Maintain accurate records and reports.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. HVAC Technician I needs 0-2 years of experience. HVAC Technician II requires 2-5 years of experience. HVAC Technician III must have 5-7 years of experience. A two-year technical degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of HVAC maintenance and repair principles, including electrical circuits, systems, mechanical theory, tools, and equipment is necessary. Knowledge of materials, refrigerant recovery equipment, and procedures for HVAC systems is essential. HVAC Technician III should know DDC control applications and advanced service processes. Ability to read schematics and a good driving record are also required.
